Seasonal Part Time Stylists

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in the management of commercial activities, operational and administrative, in compliance with the company standards and policies.

Main responsabilities

    Customer service in retail
    Participate in employee management
    Apply Yves Rocher sales techniques
    Respect merchandising
    Process transactions and debit collections
    Administrative work

Furthermore, for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

    Minimum of 12 months of relevant experience;
    High school diploma or post-secondary education in commerce or related discipline;
    Strong skills towards the achievement of objectives and results;
    Ability to gather, motivate, engage and coach;
    Ability to problem solve and manage priorities;
    Teamwork oriented;
    Knowledge of the cosmetic industry, an asset.
    Bilingualism required (according to the area).
