Job Description : 

We don't call them "clerks" or "associates" because that's not what they are. Our sales consultants are there to ensure that our customers have a fantastic shopping experience. Whether it's by offering suggestions or answering simple questions like where the fitting rooms are located. In fact, we believe that our clothes will sell themselves. All our customers need is someone to greet them and offer advice, and occasionally help them find their personal style.


Duties and Responsibilities :

Customer Service :

  Provides excellent direct and indirect customer service in accordance with H&M standards, while utilizing the 5 basic departments, fitting room, and checkout counter requests

  Answer the phone in a courteous and diligent manner


Job Knowledge:

  Work directly with garments, including processing, stocking, restocking, folding, displaying, and merchandising in accordance with H&M guidelines to maximize sales opportunities

  Processing purchases at the cash register, managing transactions, printing receipts, and packing merchandise.

  Unloading delivery truck, processing merchandise, and labeling merchandise with security tags


Efficiency:

  Execute price reductions and changes, merchandise transfers, and checkout routines

  Application of H&M policies and procedures to support loss control and store safety efforts working with the management team as needed


Team Player:

  Work effectively with team members to ensure the maintenance and tidiness of the departments, checkout counters, and warehouse as required by H&M standards



Required Qualifications and Skills:

  Sales experience

  Customer service experience

  Speak French 

  Listening to customers' needs

  Proactive

  Strong ability to adapt

  Ability to manage stress and work under pressure

  Team spirit

  Excellent organizational and communication skills

  Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

  Ability to accept a flexible schedule, including extended evening and weekend hours
