Do you think you lost or forgot something during your visit? Our lost and found service will help you find your missing belongings. Lost items are held at Rockland Lounge near the Amber entrance. After the 3 month holding period, all lost items are donated to Renaissance.

The Pharmaprix pharmacy at the Rockland Centre offers pharmaceutical products, as well as nursing services. This location also offers a range of health and beauty products. For more information, contact the pharmacy directly at (514) 739-5551. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Parcel delivery and pick-up services are available at the Rockland Cigars boutique, located on the second floor of the Rockland Centre in the Sapphire section.

Print or fax your important documents with Canada Post at the Cigares Rockland store located on the second floor in the Sapphire section.

The Rockland Centre provides a dedicated security force, who are on hand to ensure your safety. Our security guards monitor the common areas, assist retailers, and provide first aid if necessary. Our security team is also able to accompany disabled customers to their cars, if necessary.

A sewing service is available on the third floor of the Rockland Centre. The Charles Le Tailleur boutique adjusts and retouches your clothing to ensure that everything fits just right. This location also offers clothing repair services. Gift cards are not accepted at this location.

Replace your shoelaces and make adjustments to the soles of your favourite pair of shoes at the Rockland Centre’s shoe repair boutique, located in the north wing on the second floor. This location also repairs belts, cuts keys, and sells various leather care products.

The Rockland Centre is conveniently located within a 30 minute walking distance from the Crémazie and Acadie Metro stations.

The Rockland Centre’s 4 story covered parking lot can accommodate 3000 vehicles. Reserved parking spaces are available near various entry points to the centre to facilitate the travels of young families. We also have 31 parking spots reserved for the disabled, with 5 being located on the first floor of the lot, 20 on the second floor, and 6 on the third floor, and 4 charging stations for electric cars.

The 100, 119, 179, and 460 buses are conveniently located near the Rockland Centre, providing transportation across the island.

Going home with lots of bags filled with all your great finds can often be quite complicated without a car. Find our taxi services located at several entrances throughout the shopping centre. Contact our customer service kiosk to assist you in ordering a cab.

The Rockland Centre offers a private nursing room and changing table, allowing you to take a break and care for your baby. The breastfeeding room offers a playroom for toddlers, a comfortable place to breastfeed, a training toilet, a microwave, and a changing table. There are two designated nursing areas, one located on the second level near Best Buy Express boutique and the other located near the food court.
