Charles Desmarais is an artist draws inspiration from the simplicity and authenticity of everyday moments. Their creations often stem from events in their personal life, like a bowl of phở soup shared with colleagues, which they transform into unique 3D works. They are also inspired by the many artists they follow on Instagram, enriching their universe with modern and diverse ideas. With a preference for funny and colorful creations, they aim to bring smiles and spread joy through their art.
Julia is an illustrator and designer based in Montreal. Through colors and different mediums, she approaches the themes of femininity and nature. The feminine and poetic tone of her illustrations is the reflect of her emotions and sensibility.
Mathieu Dionne is an artist, designer, and illustrator based in Montreal. His creative universe lies at the intersection of diverse artistic influences, drawing inspiration from classical art movements and the raw expression of art brut. With a playful and colorful approach, Mathieu designs pop visuals full of humor, showcased across various media and platforms. His work, often aimed at the fields of culture, music, and the arts, stands out for its vibrant energy and its ability to captivate while sparking thought.
LaCharbonne aka Camille Charbonneau is a muralist, illustrator and designer from Montreal with a passion (bordering on obsession) for pink and geometric shapes. She finds inspiration in the 90’s, other artists work as well as street art and graffiti. Her style is characterized by bright colors, funky patterns and bubbly shapes. Whether in the form of murals, digital illustrations or printed ones, her pieces are a joyful and colorful vision of the world around us.
Maïa Faddoul is a first generation Canadian, working as an illustrator and designer in Montreal. She loves creating empowering, bright and colourful imagery, often with an important message behind it.
Zoë is an abstract mural artist and illustrator based in Montreal, Quebec. She devotes herself to art full-time, collaborating with businesses, non-profits, and private clients to create unique and captivating works. Her vibrant style draws inspiration from the psychedelic art of the 60s, constructivism, and pop art. Through flowing lines and bold colors, she explores themes of nature and magic, aiming to inspire joy and wonder in those who encounter her creations. A graduate with honors from Concordia University’s Fine Arts program in 2016, where she majored in Studio Arts, Zoë combines technique, passion, and creativity to transform spaces into immersive works of art.
Karl-Frédéric Anctil, better known as UULTRAA, is a multidisciplinary artist based in Montreal. As an illustrator, graphic designer, art director, and co-owner of Featuring Agency, he seamlessly blends creativity with expertise. His distinctive visual universe stands out through a masterful use of color, shapes, and concepts, reflecting a unique artistic vision. As a driving force behind diverse projects, UULTRAA embodies the innovative and collaborative spirit of Montreal’s contemporary art scene.
A multidisciplinary artist, Jean-René Douville Tessier’s practice extends beyond the two-dimensional canvas. According to the artist, the act of decontextualization is an intrinsic and central theme of his work. Combining drawing, acrylic and spray paint, his visual constructions oscillate between figuration and abstraction. His works are a hybrid of elements borrowed from pop culture, Renaissance painting and skateboard illustrations. A strong Japanese influence is present in both anime and American cartoons. The contrast between the symbols of martyrdom and the famous distorted logos form the elements of the artist’s mythology.
