On Friday, May 9, 2025, starting at 6 p.m., head to the food court for an Argentine tango class!

The class will be taught by two experienced teachers from Mots + Tango and Tango Coach. No experience is necessary. Come alone or with a partner, and let the music carry you away! 

Schedule

• 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.: A trial class hosted by the instructors, open to all levels. A demonstration will be given at the beginning and end of the class. 
• 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.: Open dance period. The teachers will be on hand to help newcomers. More experienced dancers will be able to lead the way and inspire others.

About Bernard Caron, from Tango Coach: 

Bernard Caron has been teaching tango for over 20 years. It was during numerous trips to Buenos Aires that he developed his own dancing style: elegant, precise and inspiring. For Bernard, tango is more than a passion, it is a true lifestyle! 

He now teaches with his current partner and accomplice, the bubbly Sybille Belot, and works in collaboration with various renowned teachers, including France Bonneau of Mots + Tango. 

About France Bonneau, from Mots + Tango: 

France Bonneau was trained in classical ballet. She then danced jazz-ballet and folk dancing before taking an interest in Argentine tango, which she has now been dancing for over 15 years. Trained by some of the great tango masters, she quickly developed a passion for this style.  

France taught for several institutions before founding her own teaching centre, Mots + Tango, which was launched with her dance partner François Hogue.
