As of June 12, b.cycle's Pop Up studio is back, located outside on the roof of our P4 parking lot. The b.team will be ready to welcome you and provide an electrifying outdoor experience through your choice of spinning lessons: Signature or b.eat.
Signature classes combine interval training (speed and resistance), choreography and upper body strength training. The b.eat courses are a version of the Signature course, but focused on choreography. Dance party, and unforgettable musical moments await you with b.cycle's Pop up studio. Interested? Reserve your bike here.
If this is your first b.cycle spin class, here's what to carry in your gym bag. We even have a foodie recommendation for a post-workout stop.
B.cycle spin classes are intense and sweat worthy! Make sure you have clothes that breathe, are fitted, and are not too long. We fell in love with the H&M cycling shorts at low prices.
Don't forget your socks: lightweight fabric, breathable and short, all you need to ride comfortably.
To maximize your workout and track your heart rate, opt for a fitness and health smartwatch like the Fitbit Versa 2 available at Sports Experts.
A reusable water bottle is a must during a spin class since your heart rate is high and you sweat profusely. Ever heard of the Larq self-cleaning bottle? This stainless steel water bottle features a built-in water purification system, UV-C LED lighting removes up to 99.9999% of bio contaminants from the water and bottle.
Not a fan of traditional headbands? Keep your hair in place during your b.cycle class with these anti-crease, anti-breakage silk elastics from Slip at Sephora. At the end of your class, freshen up with some dry shampoo. We love the Aveeno one, available at Pharmaprix. Infused with oats, rosemary, peppermint and cucumber, it provides quick drying and plumps up hair.
No need to lug around a snack, Liv Salads is the perfect spot to visit after your workout. Check out their fresh juice bar or enjoy one of their healthy salads / dishes created from the highest quality local and imported produce with many ingredients sourced from their own urban garden.
