The Rockland Centre offers three ATMs throughout the mall. Banking at Rockland is easy; a Scotiabank ATM can be found near our customer service kiosk and can be used for a $3 fee, and a BMO ATM is located next to Shoppers Drug Mart.

Enjoy shopping without having to carry your purchases around. You can drop off your bags at Rockland Lounge near the Amber entrance. We only accept bags from Rockland Stores. To pick up your bags, all you have to do is provide your drop-off number and off you go!

Rockland Centre's Lounge offers a coat check service for a $ 2 donation to Operation Enfant Soleil . For safety reasons, boots and other personal belongings cannot be left at the coat check. 

At the Rockland Centre, you will find several free-to-use public phones conveniently placed throughout the mall.

Give the gift of carte blanche! Visit Rockland Lounge to get gift cards, which can be used in all of Cominar's shopping centres. If you already have a gift card and would like to check the balance, you can do so at our customer service kiosk or by telephone.

Do you think you lost or forgot something during your visit? Our lost and found service will help you find your missing belongings. Lost items are held at Rockland Lounge near the Amber entrance. After the 3 month holding period, all lost items are donated to Renaissance.

The Pharmaprix pharmacy at the Rockland Centre offers pharmaceutical products, as well as nursing services. This location also offers a range of health and beauty products. For more information, contact the pharmacy directly at (514) 739-5551. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Parcel delivery and pick-up services are available at the Rockland Cigars boutique, located on the second floor of the Rockland Centre in the Sapphire section.

Our customer service team is able to help you print or fax your important documents for free. Please note that long distance faxes are not available at this location. For all long distance faxes, please visit a Canada Post Office.

The Rockland Centre provides a dedicated security force, who are on hand to ensure your safety. Our security guards monitor the common areas, assist retailers, and provide first aid if necessary. Our security team is also able to accompany disabled customers to their cars, if necessary.

A sewing service is available on the third floor of the Rockland Centre. The Charles Le Tailleur boutique adjusts and retouches your clothing to ensure that everything fits just right. This location also offers clothing repair services. Gift cards are not accepted at this location.

Replace your shoelaces and make adjustments to the soles of your favourite pair of shoes at the Rockland Centre’s shoe repair boutique, located in the north wing on the second floor. This location also repairs belts, cuts keys, and sells various leather care products.
